The Answer should be A.
Y = -a/bX -c/b
slope = -a/b.
If 'a' is given then we should be able to find 'b'

Answer is A.
convert the equation to the form y = -a/b*x + c/a
slope is 2/3 = -a/b
Thus, b = -a3/2
Thus Eq A works!

Agree with your answer, but shouldn't the equation be y = -a/b*x - c/b?

Hallo M8,.
There is no formula, simply transfer ax and c on the right side of the equation and divide by b
