8. In XYZ university, professors teach account or finance. 2/3 of the professors teach accounting, and no professor teaches both accounting and finance. What is the ratio of the number of finance professors who also teach in another university to the number of finance professors
who teaches only in XYZ university?

(1) Among accounting professors, 1/2 teaches also in another university.
(2) The ratio of the number of accounting professors who also teach in another university to the number of finance professors who also teach in another university is 4:3.

C)...x=professors...2/3x=accounting...1/3x=finance

1) 1/3x accounting prof teaches in another univ. not enough. insuff

2) not enough. insuff

1)+2) 1/3/x=4/3=>x=1/4 finance prof teach in 2 univ. 1/12 finance prof teach only at xyz. (1/4)/(1/12)=3/1=ratio of the number of finance professors who also teach in another university to the number of finance professors who teaches only in XYZ university !
