Indian Woman Engineer over-represented applicant? [#permalink] New post 10 Jan 2013, 11:50
I am a woman engineer from India living in the US. I have heard that Indian Male Engineers are a over-represented applicant pool. Is this true for women as well? Is it a dis-advanatge to be an indian woman who is an engineer?

Indian engineers are over-represented. Indian woman engineers are less over-represented than Indian male engineers.
