A seems to be parallel.
Have improved....have introduced.

But , i find none of the answers convincing as it seems to suggest that chemical pollutants have gone unregulated and chemical pollutants were developed some 50yrs ago.
Comments are welcome. :)

B is the best of the worst.
Can still pick out some problems with B but other options have many more problems.

OA is B. Please explain as to why it is not A. 'they' has only one antecedent and it seems to be parallel.
Did not include answer choice E) since it was clearly out.

B is not parallel. How can it be the correct answer (not implying the others are correct either - but B is definately not parallel)
