INSEAD Admissions Calendar [#permalink] New post 31 Oct 2010, 14:15
I have a general question regarding INSEAD's admissions calendar. I'm currently applying to a bunch of two year programs in US/UK for matriculation in Sep 2011 but I'm also really interested in applying to INSEAD's one year program. However, I want to apply to the Jan intake so that I can do an internship as well and I don't see a way to make it work - the R1 decisions come out all the way in June which seems to be quite late. In the scenario that I get admitted to a 2 year MBA starting in Aug/Sep 2011 and then get admitted to INSEAD in June for Jan 2012 and prefer to go to INSEAD over the 2 year school, would I just have to forgo my deposit at the 2 year school and I should be ok? Has anyone else been in this position? It just seems like it would be a logistical nightmare not knowing whether I'm going to quit work and go back to school till June when I could potentially be starting in Aug.

mostly likely if that happened you'd have to drop your deposit to any other school.

After writing my original post, I also realized that by June I'd also have to have my visa application done as well which would be another lost cost/effort.
