Greetings all,
Currently I am writing my INSEAD essays and all of them have "approximate" word limits (i.e. 250 words approx.). Is it acceptable to go over by 100 words, since it is afterall an approximation?

What I find so perplexing is in Richard Montauk's "How to get into a top MBA program" his sample essays for INSEAD ALL EXCEED the word limit, many of them by a lot. In one essay about culture shock, the posted limit is approximately 250, but the sample essay is like 360. What gives???
I would really appreciate it I could get a reply from members who have been admitted by INSEAD.
