Hi...I'm eagerly awaiting as well. Any update on how many Americans have already been admitted...I thought I saw a number over 60 (just from R1+R2) in a previous post which doesn't seem to make sense given the 10% country cap. I understand there may be a low yield rate with Americans..but those numbers don't seem heartening for us R3 and R4 applicants...the wait until the 30th is killing me...

Sab Last update from the BW forum stated 61 Americans, 40M/21F, but it dates back from March 16th, so YMMV. Good luck for this Friday, it sure seems so far away....

Sab I just checked earlier today - 56 Americans. Folks there is no hard cap - the 10% number is a rough estimate.

Thanks for the info SM...even if the numbers are rough estimates I can't imagine as many offers being made in R3+R4. Congrats on getting in...I'm sure you are also waiting for the 14th to hear from Wharton? Good luck to all waiting for this Friday...I've heard that our interviewers hear first.

You are probably right that there wont be many more Americans (56), Indians (44) and Canadians (32) being offered admission in R3/R4 but I sure they have left themselves some room for the outstanding/different candidates. Also keep in mind that 18 off 32 Cdns have multiple citizenships, similarly 23 of 56 Americans have multiple citizenships. So the numbers may actually be a little different since INSEAD uses primary self declared citizenship to run its numbers. So there is some dbl counting happening here for sure Good luck to everyone waiting to hear later this week.

Waitlisted? WTF? What's the point this late in the game? Disappointed... but life goes on.

Hey Frogger,
Sorry to hear! I know how much it sucks...I'll prob. be joining you shortly. Keep faith - maybe they are waitlisting folks to see how R4 and the yield plays out, especially given the American count at the moment. If you don't mind me asking did you just receive an e-mail? I'm afraid of my Outlook inbox now...

Unless H/S/W open the flood gates for their waitlist, I think it's dead for me. Oh well, HEC Paris it is. Still a great school (I really wanted to go to Singapore though! )

As I read all the waitlist reponses, I was sure that I would be one of them or in part of the reject list. Although one of my interviews had gone rather well, the other one had not so I was especially scared. But as it turns out, things turned out all right. I am an Indian based in Delhi, running my own business.

Hi Guys...so I received an e-mail from INSEAD an hour ago. My heart dropped remembering what SM332 had said about INSEAD always calling first. Fortunately I still read through the e-mail...I'm in at Fonty!
