Admissions officer is Isabelle Ramos. (how does this matter?)

1) Does anyone have an idea of how long it usually takes between pre selection email to actual interview?
2) What are the conversion rates? (no of candidates interviewed to no of candidates accepted?)

Hi Rahul- no idea about the lag between the mail and the interview, but I read somewhere- not sure- that the conversion rate is around 50%

Nerves going up some notches now... All the best to you :)

Congrats on being shortlisted. Could you please share your profile.

My co-ord is Isabelle Ramos too and I have not received an invite. But I guess its a matter of waiting. I am from the region as well.

I am sorry to hear this. Best of luck with the rest of your applications! Who was your coordinator / location?

This shows that they are sending out decisions (in a random manner?) irrelative to whether these are positive or not.

Of course. If it's a ding it will say Final Decision if it's an interview invite it will say Interview Decision.

well for me this was one of the first app I wrote. By the time I ended with all my apps, I could sense a dim hope that's all - perhaps I would not have given myslef a chance..but thats' how is life..

My first application failed me too (I think one of my two interviews did not go amazingly well) but I have learned a lot since then and hoping for the best this time round. The important thing is when you fail to learn something and just try harder.

My profile:
GMAT 700, 49Q, 36V, 5.5
WE total 5.5 yrs = 8 months Engineering (construction) and 5 years in Finance, I'm a commodity trader. CFA lvl 3 candidate.
Ive spent about 18 months in Dubai now, before that I was in Mumbai.
My extra curr's are above average.
I wont go into those details here. keep me updated of your progress, any questions you have, feel free to shoot them off. ive sent you my email address on a PM.

Just got the mail from Stefanie Hanny saying that I have been preselected for interview. :-D

Don't think my F5 button could've taken another day of abuse.

Got the interview call as well. Based in the Middle East.
I'm a reapplicant and therefore know the process well - we should receive details of our interviewers in a week. Once received, please contact them as soon as possible to schedule the interviews.

Not really. My coordinator is CT and I havent received any notification yet, however she has initiated the invitation process. Not sure about the pattern that is usually followed? We just need to stay hopeful and positive :)
