Hi,

Today I have given away the integrated reasoning via GMAT Prep (did not prepare for this, just gave it away). Honestly I didn't go for the whole test but only Integrated reasoning to see the benchmark. The test replied that I have scaled score of 4 out of 8:|. I do not know whether it is good or bad, but I need to know some info about it.

1. In the new format of GMAT if I do score like this, is it good or bad?

2. Since it is a new section of the GMAT, if a person does bad in this section and do well in other, is it gonna be a problem?

fariz015,

A score of 4 out of 8 represents a percentile ranking of around 46% - just slightly below the 50% percentile mark. For most people this score is considered "good enough" - though if you're going for a top school, you should aim for at least a 5.
