Eliminate A and B because ‘and’ is not required before also.
Eliminate D because of ‘lessens’; also ‘seven-day minimum from fourteen’ is incomplete.
Between C and E, E is less verbose…hence my answer is E

The sentence is not underlined properly..

But you can definetly nail it down to 2 choices. B and D

Anything with shortens is wrong, Get rid of A, C, E

you can shorten the requirement, you need to lessen it..


I will go with D...

I think, I may be wrong, But I chose lessen to modify requirements. I think you would say, it is less required rather than short required.

The requirement is lessen not shorten..
