Does anyone know the prospect and requirement of internal auditors?
Do they usually have to work in CPA firms for 2 to 3 years?
What do they usually do apart from auditing the company's balance sheet and income statement? If they can do auditing jobs effectively, why are CPA firms still there? If they cannot, why do we have both internal auditors and public auditors at the same time?

Internal auditors usually do boring SOX 404, and internal controls work.
