International Student - How do I calculate equivalent US gpa [#permalink] New post 24 Aug 2009, 17:09
Hi,
I studied at a Asian University and graduated with First Class Honors & was on the deans list all 4 years hence equivalent to a US 4.0 GPA.
Do I just state this in my resume?
Or is it good to get a third party like WES in the US to accredit the transcript and give their US GPA equivalent?

Advise would be appreciated!

Hi aditi123

I'd have a look on this forum regarding this topic. It has been reviewed and commented several times.

Generally speaking, business schools do not need to have your marks translated into GPA system, since they are familiarized with many mark systems.

Regards
