Interview with Richard Ivey and Schulich [#permalink] New post 26 Oct 2012, 10:08
Hey all;

I have been asked to interview with the above mentioned schools. Just wanted to know what to expect on my interviews from those who interviewed with these schools in the past or just general stuff that i should know.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Hi DC,

Congrats for your interview call. When's the interview?

I would recommend you to prepare well for the interview with basic behavioural questions about your past professional life, your aim and your ambitions. The questions range from 'tell me about yourself' to 'what do you wish to do after graduating?'

The main aim of the interview is to give a face to your applications. hence, DO NOT CONTRADICT your application at any given point of time !!

Be yourself, be confident and rock the interview !!

Hi DC,

Many congratulations for your interview call.

Some very commonly asked questions are:
- Why MBA?
- Why now?
- Tell about yourself.
- Leadership examples
- Post-MBA goals.

I would rather recommend you to focus on few points below before your interview:
-Prepare before hand and you should have really good reasons why you want to come to their School.
-Just be yourself, natural and be prepared to them that why they should take your admission.
-Tell then why you want an MBA from their school and how would you contribute to the school’s society.
- How would you create value in their class.

Wish you good luck.

Cheers!!
