Do you know of any MBA programs that specialize in consulting existing small business owners as part of their Entrepreneurship curriculum? Or, is it all about working on your own new ideas?

Actually quite a few programs have such programs. Too many to list them all, but here's an example: http://whartonsbdc.wharton.upenn.edu

It's relatively common for programs to get involved with their communities, often with either small business consulting, or sometimes with non-profit consulting.
