The table attached shows different investment types in a portfolio.
What percentage of the investment types are neither “Bond only” or “Stock only”?

Please I appreciate any useful response to the above question as there are no OAs.

I believe the answer would just be 45%, which is what you get if you subtract bond-only (20) and stock-only (35) from the total of 100%.

I think this question might be akin to the New Section of the GMAT coming out in 2012 .. it doesn't seem anything like a current GMAT Quant question to me. How exciting! A sneak peek!
