1) s = 2. So we get, Is n-6 = 2 or Is n=8?... We do not know. Insufficient.

2) n = 4s. So we get Is 4s - 6 = s. Or 3s = 6 or Is s = 2?. We do not know. Insufficient.

1 & 2 together,

s = 2, n = 8. Sufficient

Answer is C.
