Assuming 0 = -0 :? is a valid case, I would pick (E).

If 0 = -0 is not a valid case then the answer is (C) :? :? :drunk

Is the answer E? My reasoning, if you plug in numbers for example
A=-B , A=2, -B=-2 but A=2 and +B=2 thus A=B but A could also = 0 making B=0 as well
