1. A - C - B is even
2. {A - C}/B is odd

A - C - B =2k
A= 2K+B+C
A + B + C = 2K+B+C +B + C = 2(K+B+C) always even. (assuming A, B,C are integers.)

Suffcient

2. {A - C}/B is odd
{A - C}/B =(2k+1)
A = B ((2k+1)+C
A + B + C = B ((2k+1)+C +B+C = 2Bk + 2(B+C) always even
suffcient

My solution is correct only if A, B,C are integers (I already mention that in the first post)

Is OA is E?

well, i got the ans as A...

cos for B,
(18-12)/2=3 AND (1.5-.5)/1 =1

SO 18+12+2 = EVEN
and 1.5+.5+1= odd...

can something similar be thot to disprove A.. cos ans says E

what about A=0.5, b=0.3 and C=0.2..???
but A-B-C = 0 ... IS THIS EVEN?

if yes, then the ans E is true...

i think its really frustrating when u say D and E is the ans ... cos to realise that not even one of the attempted ans is right CAN b frustrating!!!! :|
