Balance is important in certain cases (GMAT seems to encourage balance as well) and in certain schools math score may be significantly more important than verbal - finance Schools for example. However, your score is good enough to get admitted into any school, just don't submit perfect essays that will scream that they were written by someone else.
The TOEFL score does not count for anything except pass/fail and signifies that you can speak, read, and write English language on a decent level - it does not measure or test any analytical thinking skills.
