I like this question.

At first it may seem that the fastest way is picking numbers, as always -

3+3 = 6 sum even
2+3 = 5 sum is even
3+0 = 3 sum is odd
4+0 = 4 sum is even

But it does not really lead us to anything.

Let's try the formulae:

(1) B=0
(2) C=A
Combine and we get that the sum of the integers is 2A - always even - screw the numbers.

I guess B

first, statement I show only the value of B, if A =2 B= 0 C= 3
the sum of three numbers is odd. however if A=2 B=0 C =4
the sum of three numbers is even. Thus, insufficient.


From statement II, it means that the outcome will always be 2*(B+C).
Hence. sufficient.

All thing considered, the answer is utterly B
