Both together are sufficient.

From 1, b=0.
From 2, C=A

2n+0 is even, for all integers.

1- B = 0. insufficient

2- Let's try out diff. possible scenarios
odd+even = odd --> sum must be even
even+even = even --> sum must be even
odd+odd = even --> sum must be even
B is sufficient

A+(B+C) = A + A = 2A div by 2
