I am getting B

1) if all of the numbers are positive then it's a yes, but if c = 2 a = -50 b = -100, then the answer is way over 24.

2) if we replace the 15 with 16 so we are working with whole numbers we get c = (+ or -) 4. 4*4=16 or -4*4=-16... Both less than 24. Had the answer been closer to 24 then you would have had to worry about the 15 to 16 replacement.
