Answer is C

Is |x| = y-z? or x = y-z when x > 0, or x = -y + z when x < 0

(1) x+y = z ==> x = -y + z ==> No info about x. Insufficient
(2) x < 0 ==> No info about y - z. Insufficient

(1) + (2) Sufficient.

1. x=z-y /x/=z-y if x>0 or /x/=y-z if x<0

combining (1) and (2), x<0 /x/=y-z. Sufficient.
