1. Q is a prime number
2. 2Q is divisible by 11

(1) clearly Q can be 2,3,5,7,11 -> hence need not result in same answers !!! INSUFFI

(2)says \frac{4Q}{11} = 2*n where n is an integer .SUFFI

Q could 2, 5, 7, 11...

(2) Insufficient
Q could be either positive or negative multiples of 11.

(1) and (2) Sufficient
Q is 11 because prime numbers are positive.

great catch on the positive part. Also, Q could be a fraction, such as 5.5
