Every provider offers online or on-demand courses.
You can find them all here: http://gmatclub.com/gmat-course-finder/

However, my recommendation would be to take an on-demand class or something that would allow you to fast forward to Verbal (without having to wait a long time and invest your time there instead of quant).
As to the best course - there is no best course as there are various factors in the play - something that works for me, may not work for you.
A few ideas:
- they have a wire variety of courses and probably the most established.
2. MGMAT - if you have used their books you may want to pick a different course. If you have not, it is a great one.
3. Knewton - they have a great offer @ $350 for their full online course and offer money back unless you improve 50 points
4. Revolution Prep
offers a great hybrid course (it is very new) but the cool part is that you can study on your own and mix and match some tutoring sessions and basically have the support of a tutor without a tutor bill. They have a 3 day trial.
5. GMAT Pill
has a Verbal Only Course that is very reasonably priced and a number of people liked it
6. Veritas Prep
has a selection of on-demand classes that are strong as well judging by their books.
