Hi all,

I have dedicated time and efforts practicing and studying SC1000 recently. However, there are some questions that sound weird and seem not a proper GMAT like questions. As I come across this question http://www.manhattangmat.com/forums/sc- ... 15713.html, Tim, Manhattan staff, suggests NOT to practice questions from this source since practicing this source may destroy test taker's performance.

Thus here I have big question: Will SC1000 destroy your performance as you practice more?

Experts, please help!

Many thanks!

Hey Carcass,

Thank you for your prompt responses!! Then which source should I rely on to practice? I have finished OG12 and want to save questions from Verbal review 2 for last. My intended approach now is to practice by topic (comparison, parallelism, modifier...). For each topic, I will search related questions from GMAT club and choose those from sources like Manhattan, Veritas, the Economist, ... to practice. After I feel that my accuracy is better, I will continue with OG. I have 4 week before test date and spend about 3 hours per day to follow this approach.

How do you think? Could you please suggest other approach that is workable?

Thank you so much!

Lucy

Hi Carcass,

It's thrilled as I see "the hardest" SC questions
I have finished your meaning-clarity SC question (yeah, feeling proud!!) and the e-gmat questions. However, still, I'm scared of tackling the "hardest" one.
Anyway, I will try with those hardest ones and questions in links you provided! +1000 Kudos for your post

Thank you so much!

Thank you so much!

do not be scared , at all.

If you esistate to face the hardest ones, then you will never reach the top of the mountain.

The most difficult questions are only a simple one with more layers on......so d not worry about and dive in
