Is it very difficult to get a H1B visa post US MBA ?

My concern is since MBA does not fall under STEM , H1B visas will be hard to come by for international students .
Is it true that H1B visa post M . S . is easy to get compared to H1B post MBA ? Only 20,000 visas are available to students in US , and most of these visas go to M . S . students ( STEM ) , not MBA ones . Is it getting increasingly difficult to secure a job in USA post MBA now ? A US MBA costs a lot . . . Also , if I go back to my home country post US MBA . . it will be very difficult to pay student loans soon.

Will this change anytime soon or the preference for STEM will continue for sometime in US?
