I wanted to get some inputs on whether the MBA PM program at Marshall is worth or not? What are the benefits of going to Marshall for the part time program?

Ya, there is really no way to give you a straight answer of "if it is worth it". If you are talking about financially, then there is still no way to answer it b/c we don't know your current experience, or what you want/plan to do. We also don't know if you are taking out loans, and how much to you stand to benefit from the program.

USC.PM has a great reputation out here in a SoCal (just behind UCLA, but ahead of UCI, LMU, Pepperdine, etc..) and will offer you great access to socal jobs.

USC is a great school, but the "is it worth it" question is a very personal one, and you are probably the only person that can answer this for yourself.

It depends on what you are hoping to accomplish by earning an MBA. If you know what you want from your MBA and are willing to work to go after it, then it will probably be worth it. I have a friend that graduated from USC's MBA.PM five or so years ago. He worked in engineering prior to gradating. After graduation, he landed a technical consultant job at a small consulting agency, and, a few years later, got a job as a management consultant at Deloitte. So it was definitely worth it for him, but he knew what he wanted and put in a lot of work to make it happen.
