May be I'm missing something... but aren't the angles opposite each other from statement 1 and 2? If so, can we have a quadrilateral with 90 degree angles opposite each other not be a rectangle?... I'm having a hard time picturing it...

The OA is E by the way...

I've seen a problem like this but with adjacent angles at 90 degrees, and I understand how that may or may not be a rectangle...
