get D

Sq root of (x-3) sq = abs (x-3)

abs (x-3) = x-3, if x-3>zero
abs (x-3) = 3-x, if x-3<=zero

thus

if x>3 ----> NO
if x<3 or x<=0 ----> YES

1) SUFF

x!=3, measn x is less than 3 (but i am not sure...what x could be at all...??)

2) SUFF

x is less than zero

can comeone please comment on "what x could be at all...??"
