Is the hundredths digit of the decimal d greater than 5?

(1) The tenthds digit of 10d is 7.

(2) the thousandths digit of d/10 is 7.

If d=x.xaxx, we need to know if a>5

s1: 10d=xx.7xx -- suff 'cause tenths digit is 7
s2:d/10=0.xx7xx -- suff 'cause thousandths digit is 7

So D is the ans
