2) tells its a multiple of 3

both tell its a multiple of 15

from i, if n is a multiple of 20, then it could be or could not be a multiple of 15. if n = 60, yes. if n = 40, no.

from ii, if n+6 is a multiple of 3, then n is also a multiple of 3. now if n is a multiple of 3 and 30, then it is also a multiple of 60 and multiples of 60.

multiple of 60 is also a multiple of 15 cuz 60 is a multiple of 15.
