(1) 75 - n > n - 50
(2) n > 60
Mean is 62,5
1) 125>2n, n<62,5 - closer to 50, Suff
2) 60 or 63, Insuff.

From A we get that n < 62.5
So we can say that any n with value of 62.49 or lesser is closer to 50 than 75
