Is this true about the OG?

While reading the blog pages posted on the GMATClub I came across this article which says that the OG has questions in the 560-650 range is this true?
I have three weeks to go for my test date, I am relying only on the OG, and Review books as well as the GMAT Prep tests. My study plan includes reviewing all wrong answers in my error log, reviewing number properties and probability and doing timed drills of the last 100 or so questions for all sections from the OG and review books. In addition I plan to do at least another 4 full length CAT exams form GMAT prep. Do I stand a chance at crossing the 700+ range?
Your advice would be deeply appreciated.

The initial questions for both Verbal and Quant (i.e. the first 50) are definitely in the low range. the real 650+ questions come after Q50.
