Hi,

I have been working in US for about 3 1/2 years and a total of 8 1/2 years of experience. My current position is IT Manager at a large wireless corporation. I have taken my GMAT and scored 680.

Am I required to take TOEFL to apply for IVY league institutions?

I would check with the individual school. Some schools condition the need for the TOEFL on where you received your BA/BS regardless of how long you have been in the US. Other schools condition the need for the TOEFL on your GMAT V score.

You have to check with each school individually to see if you need to take the TOEFL. An additional factor is whether the primary language of instruction in your undergrad institution was English. If yes, you are less likely to be required to take the TOEFL.
