Is x an odd integer?

(1) x + 3 is an even integer --> x+3=even --> x=even-3=even-odd=odd. Sufficient.
(2) x/3 is an odd integer --> \frac{x}{3}=odd --> x=3*odd=odd*odd=odd. Sufficient.

Answer: D.

Hope it's clear.
