Case I: z < y ==> Nothing can be said about x. So nothing can be said about x and y.
Case I: z < x ==> Nothing can be said about y. So nothing can be said about y and x.

Together: z < y and z < x ==> z < x,y. This does not say anything about the relationship between x and y. We can have x > y or y > x.

The answer should E.
