It will be B

since y = z, either x is greater than both y and z or less than both y and z.

So, if arranged in ascending order, possible arrangements are
(x,y,z) (x,z,y) or (y,z,x) (z,y,x)

Based on2, z will always be the median or equal to the median

Is z equal to the median of 3 positive integers x, y and z?

(1) x < y + z
(2) y = z

Using 1

y=1 z=1 x < 2 z is median in this case
y=1 z=2 x< 3 z could be 1 or 2 and z could or could not be median

Insuff

Using 2
This means either x<y=z or x>y=z or x=y=z
1<2=3 or 2>1=1 pr 1=1=1

Z will be the median
Suff

z will b the median

2)
possible cases are (x,y,z) or (x,z,y) or (y,z,x) or (z,y,x)
In all the above cases, the value of median = z
