Issue with ETS Practice Tests [#permalink]

Hello,
I recently registered for TOEFL test and along with that bought the package that included the ETS ebook and the practice tests. Now I am facing an issue with Practice Test application. I am unable to play any of the audio recordings. They are listed but when I play them there is no audio. The progress bar moves across in less than a second when the duration of the recordings are more than that. I wanted to know if anyone faced a similar issue and got it resolved.
I have raised it with ETS but their suggestions are not really helping me.
Any suggestion and help is appreciated.

Just to provide an update, I finally got this issue fixed by installing the tool on my desktop instead of on my laptop where I facing issues.

Hi nikhilsrl,
I have just downloaded the guide and am having exactly the same issue with not being able to hear audio (and the progress bar moves across in less than a second when the duration of the recordings are more than that). Likewise I have had no help from the support guys (they appear hopeless!). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but with no luck and I am already on a desktop (not a laptop).
Can I ask what it was that you did to get it working? My student is here for just another week and we'd really like to be able to take the practice sets and tests before he leaves to go back to Germany.

Thanks - but this is what I did. I uninstalled it and redownloaded it (from the order page) so I could reinstall it again.
This was yesterday so I'm not sure just trying this again today would make a difference?
I can try again, but ......

Just uninstalled and re-downloaded and tried again - exactly the same issue - argh!
