A) 'the United States of illiteracy'?! Bush will bomb ya outta ya cave...
B) '...annual costs... x billion a year...' redundant
C) answer
D) Bush bombing...
E) 'lost industrial output and tax revenues' do not cost the United States, illiteracy does...

(A) United States of illiteracy :lol: very funny... ha-ha

(B) annual and "a year" mean the same thing

(C) correct

(D) industrial output is the cost... incorrect... illiteracy is the cost to US in the form of industrial output

(E) same reasoning as D
