Hello,
I'd like to know if I have a chance of doing an MBA at a top 5 program. I attended a competitive Ivy League (HYP) and studied engineering. However my main concern is my 2.6 gpa which I attribute working part-time, leadership positions in student organizations, and financial problems at home. There are no excuses for my low gpa, but I know it's NOT indicative of my true intellectual potential. I am also a first generation college student, Latina and a female.

Do I have a chance?

Thanks in advance.

Well with a 2.6 it'll be tough for sure, but still possible maybe. Being latina and female will help some, but success at your job and GMAT will help even more! How are things looking on those ends?
