Tricky question. I've firstly come up with three alternatives; A, B, and D. And I've identified two words from each person; appreciation / good music. A is not right because it's Jill's point only. D seems too general and is not quite in line with Jack's and Jill's. So I went to B. I am always finding difficulties in selecting a right answer for this type of question...need to get improved...

A,
D is wrong, there is no support evidence suggests Jill thinks Beatles are good. On the other hand, both agree good music were appreciated by people of all ages.

Jill: It is immaterial when a person was born. good music is good no matter when it was created or whrn its fans were born.

D: Torn between A and D but finally choose D cuz "Beatle music is and was very good music". Therefore many discerning fans of our generation have an appreciation for the music of Beatles.

regardless of the correct answers beatles rock
let it be E here is why:
Jk says: Appreciation Jl says: Good music
One can appreciate non "good music" but one can't say "good music" and not appreciate.
