C

speed = distance/time

=> time = distance/speed

speed (relative) = 20 + 30 since they go in diff dirs. = 50 kmph

time taken for 120 km = 120km/50 kmph = 2.4 hrs

=> 6am + 2 hrs & 24 mins = 8.24am
