Iam also for A.
But,what about D?
Is there a rule , which asks us to put timestamps at the beginning of the sentence. I was a bit confused about it.

here's the explanation:
The original is acceptable but slightly confusing because it separates the adverbial phrase by March 1 too far from the verbs complete and deposit, either of which it could be intended to modify. (C) repeats the original error. (B) and (E) alter the meaning incorrectly by needlessly changing the word order.
