Question any Round 2 applicants located in India whose application has changed from Submitted to Under Review?

No such luck as yet.
Although someone just mentioned that applications are processed on a rolling basis, I wonder if there is a geographical pattern to it. In that case, applications from each country are grouped together and evaluated.
Can anybody comment on whether something like that happens at Cornell?

Hey, I remember reading something about geographical allotment of Johnson Applications in Poets & Quants.
The article:
https://poetsandquants.com/2012/11/15/th ... anagement/Summary: Quick interview of Christine Sneva (director of admissions-Johnson's) regarding the Admission Process.
At the bottom of page 3, She responds to a question posed by John A. Byrne:
"So what happens to an application once you get it?
Our first step is to say thank you and then it goes to queues based on regions covered by our staff. Anne Richards gets Latin America and most of Asia. I with Eddie take on North America which is the biggest chunk of our applicant pool. Charli is taking Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. And we have three or four readers who swing in to back up the big markets. India and China need backups, and so does the U.S."-Christine Sneva.
So I'm guessing Charli is pretty backed up by the multitude of applicants from her assigned region, hence the delay (I think).
Pretty interesting read nonetheless. Hope that answers your query.
