Yup, I got that email too. I think it's a blanket email, not really specific to any of our cases.

Logically, they would want to wait and see the yield of R1 scholarship weekend and then assess how to work out R2 based on that. So maybe next week we might hear something... I guess 10 days (I also think its business days as some emails mentioned 2 weeks) is just an estimate.. not really a set deadline so could be around that period.. :)

Just going through previous posts on here, I think I over-thought the TOC essay, didn't get personal enough... hoping for an interview at least!

I don't think it has to be very personal.. A balance between being creative and personal should do the trick. I wanted mine to be more personal but my admissions consultant (wife) wanted it more creative..Long story short, I made it in. All the best. the best thing to do is probably to forget that you have applied and try to get on with other things :).. easier said that done though.

I got wait listed, and while it certainly feels like a rejection, I will try to get into the acceptance bucket. Has anyone else here overcome being wait listed for a low GMAT quant percentile? Advice is most welcome.

I have been wait listed too. My issue (i think) is more demographic. Indian Male with mostly domestic work ex.

Sorry to hear that, pawan82. Keep your head up! Curious to know what steps you will be taking? Can't imagine there's much to do with regard to your demographic.

R3 indian applicant...WE: Scientist (Drug discovery) ~4 yrs, applied thru GRE score, M.S in Medical biotechnology, I hope I get an interview call which will keep me (school) busy for sometime... have been waiting for this for a long time now...

As R1 WL applicant, I received invitation from Nicole to join AMBA students to attend a special webinar, which is the Management Practicum course for AMBA students.

Does anyone receive the same invitation? Is there any hint for WL applicant?
