Hi,

I have given GMAT Practice Test from Kaplan today to gauge my status as of now and got 650 score.
Although I still need to brush up Probability and Statistics (and a lot on SC) but I believe I was a bit lucky this time.

I have been reading the posts on this forum for a long time now and find it a really useful resource.
I am planning to appear for GMAT in Sept. this year and would apply either in 2011 or in 2012.

Having 5+ years of experience as developer and currently leading a team of Integration Project, I belong to a large application pool of Indian males with Computer Science background.

Still undecided about the prospects after MBA...and still brooding..

regards,
Anirudh.

Welcome aboard!

Yeah, Indian IT is a very crowded segment. You need to find something unique in your background and work really hard. I saw many essays and after 5th one it was like the same guy again. So, non-IT uniqueness is very important for you to be not "the same guy" for adcom.

Good luck!
