Kellog Video essay technical problem- India - Help

Hey, .
I am done with everything for my round 2 application for Kellogg. I just have finish the video essay.
Somehow when i am done with the test screen and i preview my video the audio and the video are not in snyc.
There is considerable lag in the video.I have tried this in I.e,chrome and even on a lease line internet connection in India.
Does anybody know where I am going wrong or has everybody faced this problem and recorded a subpar video.

A lot of people working on the kellogg application are having many issues with the video essay portion. You must thank your stars that at least both audio/video are audible/visible. On mine, the video does not even appear! what's worse, it stopped recording by itself at a little past 1:00 mark. Don't sweat it, the Kellogg adcom is aware of this and are taking it into consideration.

Thank you, I feel better after hearing this. I am travelling from tomorrow and i wanted to submit the application.
I checked the app with a friend in Australia and the process did not work properly with his 84mbps connection.
The audio video are well bad but i can still make the video, since the audio is clear. Hopefully Kellogg replies to
me soon.

I have been having similar issues. The audio recorded fine, but the video does not sync with the audio and also keeps abruptly stopping. Planning to call Kellogg tomorrow and speak to them about this issue.

I spoke to them, as long as the audio is fine. They recommend you to submit it.

If the video and audio stopped near the 1 minute mark, should I let the school know to try to get it waived? Or are they understanding and will take these issues into consideration? My video went pretty bad overall and these tech issues certainly don't help.
