seriously. do we need two rec letters - the site says at least one, but is it seen negatively if we don't have two??
I called the Kellogg Admissions Office and they informed me categorically that re-applicants should submit only one recommendation letter. Couple of reasons for this:
1) They re-use rec letters from your previous application
2) Because they re-use rec letters they don't want you to submit 2-3 more and end up overloading them with rec letters
