Rhyme, the status page still indicates that my application is complete.
I'll post here when I learn of the decision.

My Kellogg application status has been updated, but I'm not sure if this is a good sign or not. This is what it now reads:
Quote: Thank you for your interest in the Kellogg School of Management. The system is unable to determine your current status, please contact the admissions office at 847-491-3308 or mbaadmissions@kellogg.northwestern.edu for more information.
I guess I'll wait for the time being to see if my status is updated from this.

I'm sorry to tell you this probably means a ding or waitlist. People who have seen this have all been dinged or waitlisted.
It should change within 2 or 3 hours to a decision.

Rhyme, thanks for the info. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope I get on the Waitlist, but I am not optimistic.

Duke isn't European...thought it sounds like a British program. Still waiting on UCLA.

I'm on the Wait List for Kellogg.
I only applied to Chicago and Kellogg and am on the Wait List at both. I was really hoping to get in to one of those places by now, but it's out of my hands.
My stats are - 3.5 undergrad GPA, law degree from top-14 school, 6 years of practicing law, 740 GMAT.

Sorry to hear that, but hey, you should be proud of yourself anyway. This year has obviously proven to be challenging.
I sincerely hope you end up at the GSB, cause it looks like that's where I'll probably end up.

Dont worry I am sure that if not both then at least one would come through for you.
I know the uncertainty must be very discomforting but this is the time to carry on with the confidence you had while applied to the schools.
All the best..... I am sure you won't be disappointed.

The interesting thing is that according to Admissions411 its not been that tough of a year. R1 admit rates for Kellogg are 31% and for Chicago 25% (with sample sizes between 160 and 180).

Heavily skewed data over 700.

But so is everyone else's. I realize that the information provided by admissions411 isn't terribly useful in absolute terms, but its interesting to see how data stacks up compared to other schools.

Comparing schools is probably fair - that is Kellogg was easier than Chicago, but I don't think either %'s are accurate in absolute terms.
